Real Time Tracking
Which would require more space: the universe or a data set to model it perfectly and in real time?
"Perfectly" = description down to the lowest level of subatomic particles now known.
"Real time" = the data set works as a sort of tracking radar that allows an observer to see exactly what is happening at any given moment anywhere at any given level, Heisenberg be damned.
Q: If you ran the data set with a computer program, would it still be an accurate model if you speeded it up so you could see the future?
The universe. We define the universe as all things, the universe could contain one or more simulations of itself, in addition to everything else the universe contains. The universe is always the largest set, it contains everything.
We don't know everything about the universe, so using your simulation to predict the future would be mostly correct, but still inaccurate.
